This is how we celebrated Chinese New Year.
Chinese New Year on Photo Peach
We all had a lovely time celebrating Chinese New Year. Everyone had a turn at Chinese writing, and had a go at walking with ‘Tiger Feet’. We had Chinese outfits, chop sticks and wool noodles to play with in the house corner, and even had noodles and prawn crackers to eat on Friday. Yum! Yum!
Also on Friday we let off a Chinese lantern to bring us prosperity. The lantern was beautiful too!

Getting Active!
Last week in PE we had a great time on the equipment in the hall. We climbing on the frame, up and down, in and out. We climbed onto the boxes and jumped off, making sure we landed on our toes bending our knees. Then we used the ropes to swing like monkeys. We will be doing some more this week too.

The Great Snowman Competition
Snow is great for building snowmen…and snowladies! So Green Park are having a great build the best Snowman..or Lady competition. The Winner gets a big box of Chocolates. To enter send your photo to gpyear4@gmail.com Year 4 children will be the judges…and their decision is final!!
